This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

I recently worked with S. Snyder and W. Rejouis on my purchase and financing respectively. After ~2 months I can securely say I left with an excellent car bought on reasonable terms. The process is never perfect, but I do want to offer some tips based on my experience: > ask up front if the vehicle is actually Certified Pre-Owned, or just listed as such > if you see any lights, look up what they actually mean and ask the dealer for the specific fix, not just "can you do something"

The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.

I wanted to look at new and used cars to see what's out there. I was happy that Craig Vitti was my salesman. Craig was very knowledgeable about the cars and now I need to narrow down my choices.

He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.
