I have purchased my last two used cars from this dealership and I’m happy with how everything went. I was in and out in just a couple of hours both times. They provide a hassle-free, easy experience and get right down to business. Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.

Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.

Mario was extremely helpful, from when I test drove my car of choice back in February, when I ordered my vehicle, the updates he sent while my vehicle was being built, notification my car was finally ready for pick up, to the final buying process. Alex was exceptional at explaining all the new tech in the car and setting it up for me.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I want to Thank everyone at NCAC for their help and assistance in making my 1st ever vehicle purchase (@ age 44!!!) amazing and painless. One particular individual named Arion (hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and courteous answering all our questions and always asking if we wanted water or needed anything (it was hot out today). I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

Our Salesman Issac had a perfect approach. He gave us space to look at vehicles but was on the spot when we wanted to take test drives. He was knowledgeable about all of the features that each vehicle had or didn't have. He was very patient, and let us take our time picking the perfect vehicle for us. Way to go Issac! I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. I looked at many Volkswagen C.C Sports. When I came across Grand Motors on an accident. There was the car I’ve been looking for. Izzat the salesman didn’t rush you into a car on his lot. He was cool and he let you be ready on your own to purchase a vehicle so I purchased a clean Volkswagen C.C Sport. Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

Overall it was a good experience. With what I wanted in options, they said here is what we have on the lot. If we were to bring in the car, it would cost money. Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover. When approached San Diego Land Rover that I was going with someone else, they immediately, assisted me with what I wanted and honored the deal. Thank you....
