Very friendly and good staff. Joe helped me getting my new, but used, car with bery smooth transactions. The finance person was also very helpful on the last step. I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. One thing I would recommend is make sure you have all ready before walk out with the car, otherwise, it is hard to reach out to them again. Other than this, 5 star dealership.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

I’ve been shopping for months all over the DMV — big franchise dealers in Fairfax, Tysons, Alexandria, even down in Fredericksburg — and nobody came close to the price these guys offered. Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!
