I had a fantastic experience with Lexus of Palm Beach. I called the service department on a Thursday morning and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Niko was my service representative and he did an outstanding job with keeping me informed with the service performed on the car and what might be needed for the vehicle with future service appointments. I waited for the car at the dealership and really appreciated the large and open customer lounge area. The lounge also has a refreshment bar with a great attendant, and I took advantage of having a couple of the delicious corn muffins baked right there behind the bar area. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how quickly I was in and out of the dealership considering how busy things were that morning. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

The car is great looking, fast and comfortable. Recommend to anyone especially as an everyday driver. It turns heads wherever I go. Also get everyone wanting to look at.
