When I came to Audi I was hoping to take a look at some pre-owned cars. Keep in mind, their pre-owned inventory is at a separate location as I wasn't sure they had any. They have a ton of used Audi available (probably from lease returns) as well as other brands. Audi is great.
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Delighted beyond expectations
Went to look at new cars, but in the process spotted a two-year-old Certified Pre-Owned still like new with very few miles on it. The price was attractive, (similar to what a new Lexus ES would have cost) and included a full factory four-year warranty. The sales personnel were professional and I was able to get a fair trade on my Lexus ES 350 as well as a reasonable price on an Audi A6 Quatro. It is a remarkable driving and luxury appointed car for its price range. Frankly, there is no comparison to the Lexus. I would be very comfortable recommending the car, dealer, and its staff to friends or family .
