Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

This car is exactly what we were looking for. Downsized to a mid size SUV and this car was just the ticket. Definitely a good purchase.

Our 2009 premium plus now has 111,000 miles on it and still looks and runs great. Haven't fixed the headlight yet, but it needed a battery and a ball joint this past year. The V-6 is as strong as ever and still handles great. It uses between a 1/4 and 1/2 quart of oil between oil changes, which I change every 9,000 miles. I feel that's pretty good. A little bumpy on side streets, but great on the highway. Smooth and quiet. We just bought a 2016 Discovery Sport and the Q5's interior quality and fit and finish is as good, if not better than the Land Rover. We will definitely replace the Q5 with another one when the time comes.

Nice sales person, helpful, easy to test drive. Agreed to fix a steering system problem before delivery. A downside is add a $700 LoJack to sale without option of omitting it. $600 document fee is also on high side.

I started with the A5 cabriolet had many issue free miles (aside from recall issues which Audi was fantastic on correcting) . From day one my wife said I should have spent the extra and went for the S5 , so after 7 years and 80k miles I found the car of my dreams.in Dec of 2021 I purchased a 2011 S5 prestige with only 32k. This car is a whole different animal. The supercharged 6 is powerful and responsive and it makes even going to the store into a treat . Take the top down one the music up WOW is all I think of. Buying a low mile highly optioned S5 from Audi was the only way to go. The car is the best of all worlds as long as your not taking a group for a long trip( back seat is good but let’s be honest rear seat passengers weren’t Audis market with this one.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!
