I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Always a great experience at this dealership. I?ve bought my last 3 cars there and will continue to go back. I had an oil change completed and they recommended other diagnostics, but aren?t pushy when you decline. It?s nice to have an informative dealer that lets you lead.

I would like to especially recognize my Sales Rep, Jeffrey Jones. He was not sales aggressive, very down to Earth, and made me feel lease nervous. He was honest. Additional he worked with Peter and Sosa, who were also great, to get me into a new car. I left a 5 star rating on Google.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Good follow up but not intrusive. Good experience when I went to see a particular car. I did not purchase, but I will go back if they get in what I am looking for (used car).

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I have bought two vehicles from this place, and the vehicles are always immaculate, in excellent condition. Both the dealer's service and that of Sharon, the person who sold me both vehicles, are excellent. They explain everything, they help you, they are always available if you have any questions, they give you recommendations... everything is very transparent. It's an excellent place, and Sharon's service is exceptional!

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. From the moment I first saw this vehicle on Cars.Com I was impressed with the ad presented by Foley Motorsports. The video content, detailed description, financials and pertinent data was all at my fingertips for review. My first e-mail correspondence with salesman Greg Ostrander was impressive. With attention to details he was able to guide me through most elements about the vehicle with no second guessing or (let me check on that) type of response. He clearly is understanding of clients needs and looks to provide whatever is necessary to make someone comfortable with the purchasing process. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle this week and was able to get it home to my residence today. Just looking at it in the driveway gives me a sense of accomplishment that this search process is over and I’ve scored on a great deal. It’s hard for me to explain how this car buying process was the most pleasurable time ever. I just wish this dealership was in my home town.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

My experience was excellent from the test drive. to the financing/purchase, right to the point of delivery. Pricing was reasonable too, and I felt like a valued customer every step of the way.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.
