Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

Put it in comfort mode it is like a luxury cruiser, put it in sport it turns into a beast. Even with enthusiastic driving the gas milage is good.

Our 2009 premium plus now has 111,000 miles on it and still looks and runs great. Haven't fixed the headlight yet, but it needed a battery and a ball joint this past year. The V-6 is as strong as ever and still handles great. It uses between a 1/4 and 1/2 quart of oil between oil changes, which I change every 9,000 miles. I feel that's pretty good. A little bumpy on side streets, but great on the highway. Smooth and quiet. We just bought a 2016 Discovery Sport and the Q5's interior quality and fit and finish is as good, if not better than the Land Rover. We will definitely replace the Q5 with another one when the time comes.

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

Very easy clutch to learn with. Gear box is great and the additional 6th gear made for very fuel efficient driving. Does not do very well in a lot of snow but it’s not a Jeep so that was expected.
