My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. This month I just hit my 12-Year anniversary of owning my Brilliant Black 2010 S4. Buying it off the showroom floor (something I never do), I traded my 2002 BMW 530i and have never looked back. I snatched it up because, as the author describes, its sport seats are amazingly comfortable and supportive for rides of all lengths. The other reason was because this S4 had the 6-Speed Manual tranny and, as a old hot rodder, that feature spoke to my inner gearhead. I drove it to AZ when I relocated there months later, and the ride & comfort level were perfect! Handling was -- and still is -- like it rides on rails. As for the supercharger, it's simply a quiet BEAST. Nary a sound beyond only the faintest of a whine. And its 60/40 all-wheel drive provides an impressive launch off a light until that silent blower kicks in and brings a broad smile to this driver's face. I baby it more so now, but I still can't help but feel the thrill of taking this sleeper through its gears in quick fashion. It really never gets old. Twelve years on and 140,000 miles, and I have zero regrets. At 100,000 miles, it did require new front bushings (integrated within the control arms). However, I've yet to have to replace its well-made clutch... or the mufflers/exhaust... or the any major internal parts. And the supercharger has been totally maintenance-free. While the engine's rear main seal has finally begun to get a slight leak, only normal maintenance and new tires have had to be done. My original purchase price in 2010 was $51,000 with its only options being: > Full NAV Package > Leather Interior > 5-Tri-Spoke Aluminum Wheels At 12 years old, she looks less than half her age, with desert highway driving not doing any favors to the front-end's finish. But a fresh black paint job to the hood and front nose will resolve that. Passengers frequently comment how great its finish is, and they love that it has a stick shift. I've owned five BMWs (both 3- and 5-series) over the years, but my Audi S4 has probably been the best car purchase I ever made.

This car is a stealth rocket ship, masquerading in sublime luxury! Sheer elegance in its form and function, the turbo charger hardly needs to spool up and you can blast up a highway on-ramp or pass another vehicle as though they are parked. As others have noted, the massaging seats for driver and passenger are sublime for longer drives or at the end of a long workday. Luxurious, yet understated elegant interior with first-quality materials and — though now a decade old as I write this review — still market-leading German technology throughout, every bell and whistle you could even hope for now in 2024 tech. 750 mile range on one tank of diesel fuel … let’s face it, if VW / Audi had not tried to ‘fix the deck’ by messing with diesel emission testing, a diesel engine is far superior to any hybrid or electric engine. This is by far the nicest looking and best-performing car I’ve ever owned in 50+ years of driving. I still own my A8L TDI, have (only) 115K miles on it, and plan to drive it 250K+ it is that sustainably awesome!

My service experience was overall good, but with some delays. There was also some confusion on the service team?s end regarding my warranty, but they were able to figure it out.

I still have my 2001 Allroad (built on the A6) and did not think the A4 Allroad would have the same feel - but I was wrong. The 2018 is solid, has great torque and overall performance is superior. Interior is as impressive as the exterior. Very stylish with outstanding handling for a 'station wagon'!

This car is a great car. The outside modeling is great and the interior design is nice. Leather seats with tinted windows. Aux for music and bluetooth for phone. Has a navigation system with back up cameras. Overall a great car for the value!

Have purchased all of our used cars from CarMax. Only criticism I would have is you need to really inspect the car well if it has been in a reported accident. We try to stay away from those - to many hidden damage possibilities. CarMax sales person, Mike is awesome and has enabled me to put my two daughters in safe and nice first time vehicles.

I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

The AUDI S6 V10 is a special car. The handling and performance of the vehicle are beyond compare. It is rare to see another on the road and I get compliments every time I take it out. Only caveat is that it must be maintained according to the schedule and you will have no issues. I would buy it again and my favorite car of the several that I have owned and own.
