We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

An amazing road experience, nothing drives like an S8! Pure pleasure for a road trip, take curves as fast as you want and enjoy the B&O sound. Huge trunk so everything fits!! Luxury ride.

I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

We are not fond of the hard sell and Christian was informative without adding any pressure. He was patient with all our questions and made us feel like he was working with us. The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I keep coming back because Kay is a fantastic service provider. She is always helpful in getting my car the appropriate service and is a great communicator.

The service department runs smoothly and everyone is orepfrssional, knowledgeable and friendly. It is comfortable while waiting on service to be completed. Patrick and Jeff do an amazing job and Josh manages all of it well!

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I've had my Q5 serviced here and traded for a Q7 which is a far nicer vehicle and worth the price difference.

A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

Once again Roy, my dedicated service advisor, provided flawless service as we consulted both prior to my arrival and during the actual service visit to ensure that my concerns were 100% addressed while the service team fixed my car. The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!
