I am having an awesome experience with Audi of Marietta. I am particularly pleased with my interactions with Christian Postell. We are not fond of the hard sell and Christian was informative without adding any pressure. He was patient with all our questions and made us feel like he was working with us. Since the purchase he has provided excellent service with a follows that we have. Definitely would recommend working with him to any one looking for an Audi.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I was able to get everything but the paperwork done via text, they stayed late to help me complete paperwork and get me in the car, all around was an excellent customer service experience and I now have a great car!

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

This is my 3rd Q5, my first "E" love it but living in Phoenix, having such a big area to drive not happy with 35 mile range they need to up the range.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Was in town for my sons lacrosse tournament when our 2022 Equinox broke down. Limped it over to your dealership at 7:30 in the morning to hopefully get an idea what was wrong. I was not expecting any miracles especially without a appointment as a matter of fact I figured I would be stuck there a few days until they could get to it. GET THIS...Bryon Steinke(employee of the month) greeted me and listened to my problem even though he was backed up with customers as far as the eye could see. Took my car and said lets see what we can do. Had me out of there in less than an hour, WAIT...it gets better. He called me Monday morning to see if me and my family got home safely!!!! Who is this guy and where did you find him because there is nobody in customer service like him any more!!! Can't say "thank you" enough times for what he did for us, that is a great employee you have there and you are a great dealership!!

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.
