As others have noted, the massaging seats for driver and passenger are sublime for longer drives or at the end of a long workday. Luxurious, yet understated elegant interior with first-quality materials and — though now a decade old as I write this review — still market-leading German technology throughout, every bell and whistle you could even hope for now in 2024 tech. 750 mile range on one tank of diesel fuel … let’s face it, if VW / Audi had not tried to ‘fix the deck’ by messing with diesel emission testing, a diesel engine is far superior to any hybrid or electric engine. This is by far the nicest looking and best-performing car I’ve ever owned in 50+ years of driving. I still own my A8L TDI, have (only) 115K miles on it, and plan to drive it 250K+ it is that sustainably awesome!

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

In the mail we received a recall notice on a part for our 2021 Honda Pilot. We scheduled an appointment online & thought we had scheduled it with our Service Rep Jessica Poteet. Our appointment was to get the recall part replaced & since our daughter is borrowing the car we went ahead & had the oil changed & tire rotation done. Received a message with the video from the Service Tech telling us what he had accomplished & pointed out how everything looked but nothing about the replacement of the recall part. I called to inquire & was told Shawn Malcolm was the Service Rep & for the replacement of the recall part I had to call in so they could order the part. Unaware of this I panicked as I was driving the vehicle to Washington DC on the weekend to leave the car with my daughter for an unlimited time. I was connected with Shawn Malcom. I asked about the car and told him I was unaware of how the process worked for the recall parts. I explained my situation and asked if he could assist me to get the part quickly. He shared with me he had already taken care of replacing the recall part along with the services I had requested. I was so relieved & grateful beyond words!!! Shawn Malcolm was not only professional, knowledgeable in what he does but considerate of me even though he didn’t know me or even knowing the situation he was proactive and went above & beyond. I’m so grateful to Mr. Malcolm because of him I was able to follow through with our plan of taking the vehicle to my daughter & know she is safe. I still have my 2001 Allroad (built on the A6) and did not think the A4 Allroad would have the same feel - but I was wrong. The 2018 is solid, has great torque and overall performance is superior. Interior is as impressive as the exterior. Very stylish with outstanding handling for a 'station wagon'!

If Carolina Volkswagen were a Christmas tree, Mr. Donell Richardson is the shiny star on the top of the tree. That is an interest word picture because I don’t know how we could get him fixed to stay up there! He made the entire process of purchasing a car relaxing and enjoyable. Donnell knew the details about the 2012 Toyota Highlander that we purchased and he took time to show us some cosmetic issues that we probably would never have noticed. He impressed my wife and I as a man of honesty and integrity. When we sell the Highlander, Donell is the first call that I will make to purchase another vehicle. We were impressed with his “customer first” attitude and his eagerness to work, ensuring that Donell’s deal was honored. If Donell was the star on top of the tree, Chris was the stand. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.
