I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Some of the reviews on this site must be talking about a different dealiership when it comes to the Sales, Finance, and Finance Management team. David was so helpful and his knowledge about the brand is unmatched. He was also super patient with me as I went through the negotiating process and MB Sarasota ended up offering the best price for the 2026 GLC as well as the best trade-in value. He also updated me on the status of the car as I awaited delivery regularly. His responsiveness was unreal. The finance team was equally helpful and pleasant to deal with. No hard sales tactics. Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

The service guy, name James was great. Had a problem with my breaks he took me back to the mechanic who was going to work on it. (Joe the mechanic)They both Gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, which I thought was unique. Of course, they could have told me anything like “ Hey you need a new Johnson rod” I would have probably said ok. It was my second visit to Gettle service overall excellent experience.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. I thought we offered a fair deal on a new 2019. We ended up buying a Kia Optima instead of a Sonata pretty much the same car just got a better deal.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

The car is fun to drive, and it goes further on a charge than indicated on the sticker. We go about 160 miles on a 80% charge with 60 miles left in the battery.
