He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep me informed about the progress of the repair. It's clear he takes pride in his work and is highly skilled. Luis, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful as well. He made the whole process seamless, keeping me updated on the status of the repair and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

We loved our experience with Colonial Cadillac! Everyone was so helpful and answered all the questions we had (and there were many). Highly recommend!

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

My experience buying a used car with Dennis Morin was simply perfect. No pressure, he answered my questions and concerns. Financing was quick and easy. My overall experience was excellent. I definitely highly recommend colonial Cadillac and Dennis if you want the best!

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.
