Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Great service and attention to detail from Zac and Anthony. Both helped the experience buying my new car great! Everything was explained and my needs were met.

Sales person is well qualified and he explained very well about the vehicle features. His negotiation skills are fair. He is transparent on pricing, fees and other costs.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Called in to check out a LS to see if they made major upgrades. Sales representative Anthony E was who took care of me while I was there. Good kid, ask for him if you come check out the dealer.

The customer service was excellent. Unlike other dealerships, the environment of Maserati of the Main Line was warm and inviting

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Visited dealership for a test drive. Excellent experience all around. Met with Pablo who was very knowledgeable and personable. I thought he was great. Likewise, Frank, the pre-owned manager. I Test drove an S5. Great car. Throughout the visit there was no pressure put on me to buy, no pressure from anyone. This was a 5star visit at a terrific dealership. I can’t say enough good things about buying a vehicle from this dealership. The sales people were all tied up, so I dealt directly with Leo and Frank who are managers. They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.
