My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

This is a small car shop with quality pre-owned vehicles. I would buy from them again. You should give them a shot if close by and one of their vehicles appeals to you. The buying process was simple, they took care of paperwork and registration, plates etc. It was easy and professional.

I bought this car in early 2021 (Premium Plus package) and have had it for about a year now. I'm absolutely in love with the car - the handling, passing power, refined cabin with all the bells and whistles, aggressive body lines for a wagon and overall size. I've long owned wagons; mostly subarus with a WRX, Forester and Crosstrek XV; and was once a die hard Subie owner... until I got into this Audi and it blew my mind. Subaru is not known for its interior features or designs, so the refinement and design of the interior on the Allroad was a major change for me and I never realized how much I appreciate the bells and whistles like power seats, heated seats, Bluetooth compatibility, Nav, independent climate controls, etc. Most notably is the highway power... the "get-up" in this car at freeway speeds is absolutely outstanding and excites me everytime I need to pass. Took it on a road trip to southern Cali last summer and was very impressed with the gas mileage on the long trip (about 420 miles to a tank) and the ride is soooooo smooth and enjoyable. I long commuted from Phoenix to Sacramento (780 miles/13hrs) in my Subaru's and by hour 6-7, I was always hurting... took me about 8 hours to get to SoCal last summer and the entire duration of the drive was enjoyable and my body felt great upon arrival in the Allroad. If you like wagon's... this is the vehicle to own!

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! I hunted the entire country for my SE S5 Prestige Cabriolet Convertible. I had purchased one in Miami, but it was so popular that the dealer re-sold it for an even higher price and issued a refund. The overall design of the car is stunning & the features are everything a Handicapped driver could ever wish for. With the exception of braking; All the controls are right on the steering wheel. During my search, I found 2 for sale in the entire country. 1 was up North in Michigan (snow, ice, & road salt territory) and the other was in Houston Texas. I had it shipped to a local business just off the interstate, where I got my 1st ride in my last car As I do with every vehicle, I made my 10 year old car look like a 3 year old with a change to the newer RS rims, black drilled & slotted rotors and all black chrome emblems. I have made it a sleeper by toning down the flashy appearance but it still draws compliments everywhere I go. The features like the blind spot detection, automatic stabilization, 7 speed dual S-tronic transmission allows incredibly fast shifting or automatic if desired, while alerting you to other cars that are close, or if there is a change in the road conditions. The rear view camera with park assist makes it easy to back up with instant alerts if something enters the area behind. The top can be lowered and raise with the key fob or windows can be opened or closed without even getting in the car. with the top down, there is still plenty of trunk space, and the noise level has been designed to be minimal interference to conversation or music. Handling is a dream and it can be driven with one finger at 100 mph which is unbelievably easy to do without trying. There are 2 things that lowered the reliability rating that, in my opinion, should have been corrected. The harmonic balancer & main dive pulley are 2 pieces, bonded together with rubber. When it comes apart, it shreds the accessory belt and appears to be a clutch pulley to the (even seasoned) mechanic. It still provides plenty of torque to avoid throwing any error code, but it will shred belts until it is replaced, That belt is behind the belt for the turbocharger and the is no clearance between the radiator and the tensioner adjustments to change the belt, unless you put the front end of the car in service mode. The other setback is in the turbocharger iself. The inter-cooler elements themself can crack and leak coolant into he rear cylinders causing a low coolant condition with no evidence of a leak anywhere (mimics a bad head gasket). it would be nice if these 2 crippling conditions were made a little more well known to improve dependability and save a ton of money getting unneeded replacement parts. Overall however; this is the only car that came stock, with all the features I ever wanted and then a couple more. The governor comes on at 165 mph while the speedometer goes to 200 and it is clear that there is more power available. If you were to get racing tires, the computer will remove that limit. I've driven 1000 cars & owned 50 or more & this one is tippy top dog. It is a ton of fun and though plain, remains very attractive and catches everyone's eyes.

This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.
