We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

From the first phone call to the end of the sale, we experienced outstanding service! George, our salesman, answered every question, guided us along the process, and stayed on top of each step so we were able to experience a seamless sale! I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned classic Ferrari from the team at McLaren Boston, working primarily with Jonathan, Bob, and Corbin through the various phases of the deal. They are consummate professionals, and will go to great lengths to make a customer happy, as they did for me. Jonathan's assessment and description of the car over the phone and through email was accurate and honest, and the car presented better than expected upon seeing the car at their facility in person. Speaking with Corbin at length on their shop floor, it is evident that his expertise extends far beyond the realm of late model exotics, and is backed by contacts and experience with some of the finest classic and exotic names in the northeast. Negotiation on price and terms was a breath of fresh air. Very straight forward, and resolved within a matter of minutes without pretense to very fair terms, having been searching in the market for the past year with a more intensive focus the past six months. Jonathan also put forth the extra effort to locate and secure some invaluable original documents and historic records for the car, which was a most welcome surprise on the day that we closed the deal after a successful PPI. Bob made the deal easy, quick, handling all aspects proactively. To all of them, that I am thankful. I wish the McLaren Boston group much success in the coming years.

This dealership is new and an up and comer. Their process is quick, easy and hassle free. I was treated with respect and the service is awesome. My main point of contact was Jonathan. His attention to detail and communication were both great. I met 2 of his co-workers and they too, were professionals. Put it in comfort mode it is like a luxury cruiser, put it in sport it turns into a beast. Even with enthusiastic driving the gas milage is good.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

We just purchased a new vehicle from Ocean Honda. Sean McCarey is an incredible, honest, upfront sales person (10/10 stars!) and was great about helping us find and buy something that made us happy despite the current nationwide low inventory. The whole team there was great about financing, helping with insurance, doing the leg work to the registry, and even helped get my wife to her job when we brought the car back to have accessories installed. Granted, she offered to bring him a coffee, but I doubt that was enough to be considered any kind of bribe. 😁

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

From the “telephone voice” of the dealership, Cheyenne to the sales consultant Allen Parsons to the general manager Athony and the finance manager Laurie, you the customer are the first priority. There was no pressure fto purchase nor was there any pressure to buy up sell items or trim lines that were unnecessary. Instead, I was allowed to express what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. Allen introduced me to the s5 I expressed an interest in, thoroughly explained it’s operating system and features and then, let me take it for an extensive test drive. The test drive was with my son and I alone. We were able to spend time with the car and see if it really met our needs. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any sales hype. Anthony came in after I was fairly certain that I wanted to buy this particular S5. We spoke about my financial parameters and he and Laurie pulled a rabbit out of their respective hats. I was able to get this car with financial terms that made sense for me. They gave me a fair trade in allowance and the s5 price was very good. No haggling, no "let me speak with my manager". They gave their best shot right out of the box. I really appreciated that. Laurie also found an extraordinary interest rate for the car loan. In fact it was far better than I had already obtained on a prequalification from the lowest cost lender I found on my own. In short, Audi Cape COD respected me, listen to what I was saying and helped me to purchase the car I wanted under fair terms. They earned my business and t he opportunity for my future business. I highly recommend this dealership and it’s team of friendly well trained professionals. In fact I have already made such recommendations to a handful of my friends. They are that good.

Brought our 2018 Q5 in for service for a door lock sensor and a problem with filling our gas tank. We had purchased the car a couple months earlier. We were concerned that we had these problems so soon after purchase. The true colors of a dealership come out in times like these. To our delight, we were not only treated wonderfully, given a loaner, but all repairs were taken care of!!!
