Jorge Lopes, the mechanic who worked on my car, did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep me informed about the progress of the repair. It's clear he takes pride in his work and is highly skilled. Luis, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful as well. He made the whole process seamless, keeping me updated on the status of the repair and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how easy he made the whole experience. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the repair. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

It was a really good experience even though I did not buy a vehicle there. K the salesman was great! No B.S.! I was going to come back to take a truck for a drive and he let me know that the truck was only 2wd and I wanted 4wd so he saved me from wasting my time and his. He was also very good about letting me see all the options they had etc. I will go back there if I see something of interest.

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.
