A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

I recommend this dealership. They have a great customer service. Their sales representative Gabe who helped me was very understanding. He listened to my needs and offered me the best deal. He wasn't pushy trying to sell me a car. I was very satisfied with my purchase. The car is very smooth running and clean.

I would buy it again. You don't see many A8L's on the road which gives you the sense of exclusivity. The car is well designed and has excellent performance and comfort!

This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. I have made several 10+ hour trips in these cars and upon arrival I feel as good as I did when I left. I love the safety features. No car should be without them. I get compliments on the looks of the car every where I go. I am an Audi fan for life!

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. The quiet inside is amazing. The ride is the smoothest of anything I have driven [after 1 LS 430 and 2 LS 460’s. The sound system is amazing, the best I have experienced. The Lane Keep Assist on cruise control keeps it dead center with very little back & forth. The interior is beyond beautiful with rich wood accents, butter soft leather and everything exactly where it should be.

Emails sent did not purchase car. Car did not have all the options I wanted. But it was a fair price. Better luck next time.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Went today to this dealer. I saw Car that I like when I went there Car was sold but that’s OK. I understand it business. They show me other options. I take a look. I forgot the name of the sales person he was helping me, but he was one of the best salesperson. Then the manager come his name ALI He was the best manager I ever dealt in a dealers for 20 years. I probably switched 10 cars in seven years. I just went today just to take a look at the Audi q7. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
