I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Mr. Fitzgerald, When you and Mrs. Fitzgerald can come in I will introduce you to my friend Angelo a sales Representative...We met Angelo, another great representative from Rallye BMW and now we are waiting for delivery. The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

I used the service department on my Lexus rx 350 and Diego was great. Very accommodating. They replaced my wipers and now they work great. Diego was really on top of things. He arranged for me to even get a loaner car while they were servicing my car.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Test drove this car while looking to buy a new car. It had a great luxurious feel to it when you walk in, and it came with a decent power boost. Quattro felt amazing when speeding up, passing cars and around corners. Never felt that i might loose control, even at high speed. Having the navigation/media display in the control unit (with the added technology package) is i think a must and a wonderful feature to have. Also, even though this is an automatic, i had a great response time when stepping on the gas and power on the road. If this car came in a manual, I would have purchased this car. But unfortunately in the USA this only comes with automatic.
