I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Drove 100 miles for a car. The AC was not working so they dropped $800 off of the top price. Cost less then the $800 to fix. Overall, great deal and experience. Would buy from them again.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!
