I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

My wife and I purchased a Cadillac XTS for from this dealership. Ralph, the salesman, was extremely helpful and upfront with everything about the car. I read all of the reviews and have to wonder the legitimacy of some of the terrible reviews after our experience. As with all used cars, you can get lemons. With this in mind, I would say that I do recommend this dealership or flying service and follow up.

Great. Has a GPS and rear view camera. Love the handling and safety features. Drove Volvo's since 1972 and finally “upgraded” after I saw what awful changes were made to Volvo by the buyer in America. May go back when I see how they develop EV!

I’ve had my 2012 S4 since 2015. It has been very reliable except the rear main seal is leaking. I put a stage 1 tune on it which made it a bit quicker. I am going to miss my S4!

Vic took his time with us, did not rush, and had an answer for all of the questions we, my dad and I, had. He was patient and understand my needs. He did not try to pressure or convince us into buying anything. But I fell in love with the red Audi A4 2018. I was in and out in no time and the paperwork process was swift and simple. This car is a stealth rocket ship, masquerading in sublime luxury! Sheer elegance in its form and function, the turbo charger hardly needs to spool up and you can blast up a highway on-ramp or pass another vehicle as though they are parked. As others have noted, the massaging seats for driver and passenger are sublime for longer drives or at the end of a long workday. Luxurious, yet understated elegant interior with first-quality materials and — though now a decade old as I write this review — still market-leading German technology throughout, every bell and whistle you could even hope for now in 2024 tech. 750 mile range on one tank of diesel fuel … let’s face it, if VW / Audi had not tried to ‘fix the deck’ by messing with diesel emission testing, a diesel engine is far superior to any hybrid or electric engine. This is by far the nicest looking and best-performing car I’ve ever owned in 50+ years of driving. I still own my A8L TDI, have (only) 115K miles on it, and plan to drive it 250K+ it is that sustainably awesome!

This car met all of my needs and more. Very smooth drive, Very reliable, and definitely a head turner. Sad to see it go but I am in need of an SUV.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. I would buy it again. You don't see many A8L's on the road which gives you the sense of exclusivity. The car is well designed and has excellent performance and comfort!

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

I hunted the entire country for my SE S5 Prestige Cabriolet Convertible. I had purchased one in Miami, but it was so popular that the dealer re-sold it for an even higher price and issued a refund. The overall design of the car is stunning & the features are everything a Handicapped driver could ever wish for. With the exception of braking; All the controls are right on the steering wheel. During my search, I found 2 for sale in the entire country. 1 was up North in Michigan (snow, ice, & road salt territory) and the other was in Houston Texas. I had it shipped to a local business just off the interstate, where I got my 1st ride in my last car As I do with every vehicle, I made my 10 year old car look like a 3 year old with a change to the newer RS rims, black drilled & slotted rotors and all black chrome emblems. I have made it a sleeper by toning down the flashy appearance but it still draws compliments everywhere I go. The features like the blind spot detection, automatic stabilization, 7 speed dual S-tronic transmission allows incredibly fast shifting or automatic if desired, while alerting you to other cars that are close, or if there is a change in the road conditions. The rear view camera with park assist makes it easy to back up with instant alerts if something enters the area behind. The top can be lowered and raise with the key fob or windows can be opened or closed without even getting in the car. with the top down, there is still plenty of trunk space, and the noise level has been designed to be minimal interference to conversation or music. Handling is a dream and it can be driven with one finger at 100 mph which is unbelievably easy to do without trying. There are 2 things that lowered the reliability rating that, in my opinion, should have been corrected. The harmonic balancer & main dive pulley are 2 pieces, bonded together with rubber. When it comes apart, it shreds the accessory belt and appears to be a clutch pulley to the (even seasoned) mechanic. It still provides plenty of torque to avoid throwing any error code, but it will shred belts until it is replaced, That belt is behind the belt for the turbocharger and the is no clearance between the radiator and the tensioner adjustments to change the belt, unless you put the front end of the car in service mode. The other setback is in the turbocharger iself. The inter-cooler elements themself can crack and leak coolant into he rear cylinders causing a low coolant condition with no evidence of a leak anywhere (mimics a bad head gasket). it would be nice if these 2 crippling conditions were made a little more well known to improve dependability and save a ton of money getting unneeded replacement parts. Overall however; this is the only car that came stock, with all the features I ever wanted and then a couple more. The governor comes on at 165 mph while the speedometer goes to 200 and it is clear that there is more power available. If you were to get racing tires, the computer will remove that limit. I've driven 1000 cars & owned 50 or more & this one is tippy top dog. It is a ton of fun and though plain, remains very attractive and catches everyone's eyes.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.

Jorge gave us a great experience with buying our car. He was helpful and knowledgeable in getting us into the car we wanted within our budget. We are senior citizens with limited tech knowledge but he guided us through the process and helped us understand the options on our vehicle.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.
