An amazingly refined automobile. From 22 point massage seats to the Bang and Olufsen sound system. Just amazing. All outside noise is kept from the passengers with double walked shatter proof glass. The 520 Hp Twin Turbo V8 puts you into supercar territory. In a 1/4 mile, this car will eat almost any older American car in bone stock fashion. Most other of every model as well. If you want to have fun go on YouTube and do a search for Audi S8 eats super cars. It even handily does away with its wicked little brother, the R8. Of course, the driver makes the difference too. Just bough a vehicle from the dealership, through Sales Manager Chris Scott. Overall, the experience was great. I needed some time to check out and drive various models before I settled on one, and Chris helped me every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy everything I drove, and once I found the one I wanted to buy, the rest of the process was very smooth. Overall, I'd recommend the dealership to anyone with interest in the types of vehicles they sell. As far as the car, I've only had it for 1 day, so I will update this review if there are any issues down the line. Chris assured me that their inspection process was very comprehensive, and that my original manufacturer's warranty would be very much intact. If that holds true, this dealership will have my business for life.

They are efficient and knowledgeable. I know I will always be taken care of here—no worries! Having a rental car for $10 a day while my car is in service is above and beyond.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Worked with Dave Bever to find a car for our son. Dave found multiple options and we ultimately purchased a Ford Fusion that fit into our sons budget, had low miles and a great maintenance record. Dave was very supportive, not pushy, and ensured we had everything we needed before leaving with the car. We did have on hiccup with our financing paperwork, originally the finance manager had our son purchasing the vehicle with a 19 month term but when we finished with all the paperwork it was 36 months, this was not a big deal as our son will pay it off in a year, but definitely confusing. We also had to have hit registration updated and played phone tag with finance for 2.5days but drove out to Toyota West and Veronica had everything updated in less than five minutes(she was also ahhmayzing) Our son has been beyond excited since having his first "new" car. We would definitely buy another car from Toyota West and Dave.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.
