This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

Bennie Barcroft was extremely helpful and supplied me with any information needed. He even picked me up at the airport when i flew to Knoxville to pick up the Metris. The Metris is a great vehicle. I am sorry Mercedes has chosen to drop the model from their U S product line.

Delt with Calder, he was low pressure and seemed to have the customers interest formost. I would be happy to work with him again. We purchased a 25 Q5 that had been a loaner and was certified. The vehicle had many options so Shaun the Audi tech guy worked with us to set up the car for our preferences. All in all a very good experience. I appreciate that Harper advertises that they won’t sell a car above list price. The greediness of some other dealers eliminated them for our consideration.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Bought an A8 across state lines and Harper the dealership made it look easy. Stood by their word and took away any concerns i may had. Excellent customer service and would recommend to anyone looking to a no mess car buying experience

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Took my daughter’s Audi into Harper Audi for oil service. Easy to make reservations on line, accurate pricing, video from mechanic on watch items, courteous and fast service, and very pleasant waiting area. John was superb, friendly and professional. Even though I live in Virginia and car is with daughter at UT, I feel very comfortable they will take good care of her for routine maintenance or repairs. I will definitely go back. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

The S4 has more than enough performance as expected. Handling, comfort are all excellent. Adaptive cruise control has been improved over our other Audi, 2018 Q5. This was a pre-order and the price was about the same as a 2018. Very nice car, delivered with no discrepancies. First 3,000 miles have been trouble free. Dealer service, when needed has been excellent (routine checks only on a 2018 Q5).

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

This car meets all my needs. It works great in the snow it heats up really fast and it cools down when it's summer time with the AC really quick

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.
