We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

10/26/2025. Had issue with 2023 AUDI Q7. I had engine light came on, constantly running radiator fan and a very low cooling temperature. Call on Thursday and make appointment for Friday morning. When I brought car to the service, it took 5 min to complete the registration. Russell helped me with this problem, gave me clear explanation of the different scenarios and expected time for the inspection and repair. Because it was short notice for the appointment, dealership didn't have loaner cars available, but Russell managed to have someone to give me ride home (I live in proximity). in less than an hour I had a phone call from him about the problem; there were the failed thermostat and the temperature sensor. They had both parts in stock. By 4pm same day my car was ready to pick up. They've done repairs, test drive, multi-point inspection, and complimentary wash. Work was done quickly and flawlessly. It was covered by the manufacturing warranty. Also, I had all the answers to my additional questions. I worked with Russell a few times on both of my cars and every time he is taking care of my cars and me in very friendly and professional manners, Also want to thank the Mechanics who work on my car to service and repair it. The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

Not only is it a great running car, it is comfortable and has so many amazing extras. The license is YOLO, You Only Live Once~might as well drive the best car out there.

The S4 has more than enough performance as expected. Handling, comfort are all excellent. Adaptive cruise control has been improved over our other Audi, 2018 Q5. This was a pre-order and the price was about the same as a 2018. Very nice car, delivered with no discrepancies. First 3,000 miles have been trouble free. Dealer service, when needed has been excellent (routine checks only on a 2018 Q5).

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.
