It’s been six months since I bought my GMC Terrain here. The car’s great - roomy, comfortable, easy to drive. I use their service center regularly. Staff are friendly and parts are genuine, but brake disc replacement seems a bit pricey. Might compare next time.

Slightly disappointed: I wanted a specific Yukon trim that was listed online, but by the time I arrived, it was already sold. The manager Ken apologized, offered another option and a service discount. Fair enough, though I wish listings updated faster.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. Made our decision an easy one. Got the 2025 we love. Also, Neil in Finance was a pleasure, answered all my concerns and was patient. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly. This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

Audi needs to do something about center console storage and arm rest it is very poorly design and the glove compartments and other cup holder are not commensurate with theamout of design that went into this car

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

I have been looking for a used car for a few months and finally found one with Ed the general manager at Bianco. Ed was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. He watched me drive off safely and told me he’ll call me soon to check in on me. He felt like a family member. Manny and Ricky were helpful as well. They are all a great team over there and I will definitely buy from them again and I’ll be referring people as well because they are amazing!

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

I always wait for my car because I live so far. Karen and Ben helped me and my little one wanted to stay by Karen desk and she was so patient and didn't mind the mess and noise he was making. It's also nice to see Ben is promoted to Service Manager

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron
