First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.

I worked with Lou, one of the owners of this establishment. I had a car that I wanted to sell because I needed to upgrade to something larger. The car I had was a coup. Anyway, I worked with Lou from the start, and he gave me a price that was extremely fair from THE START. No games like other places. I went to probably about 10 dealerships just to get an understanding of selling a car since Ive had this one since 2016 and only one previous to that and that experience in 2016 (not tampa auto network) was bad so I wanted someone I could trust. Lou messaged back and forth with me for weeks giving me not only his personal opinion but never pressuring me. Never making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time even though I was. I still havent sold the car because of other circumstances but I can say this much. At all the other places I went to, only one had people that were as upfront with the price, the rest had to be worked wtih to get in my range. And that other place didnt have anywhere near the customer service of Tampa Auto Network. If you want someone you can trust and a place where you can let your guard down and not feel like you have to double and triple check the numbers or be pressured or get ripped off, go to Lou at Tampa Auto Network. Seriously, the best service Ive ever had and we still talk to this day as I am close to selling but just havent made the ultimate decision but I know who will be getting the sale. Bought used and owned for over a year now and this car is amazing! smooth ride, great fuel economy, luxurious and very well crafted. I have been in an accident with this car and it held up very well and is a super sporty yet safe and practical car. 10/10 would recommend!!

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

the car's condition is very good; I bought it as a new car, and only drive less than 30000 miles, so the car still has its full warranty. This car is very easy and comfortable to drive and operate, even for new drivers. Also, it is good for people who want to drive fast since it has sport mood.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.
