I had an excellent experience at Audi Northlake and wanted to take the time to give credit where it’s due. My brake warning light came on, so I brought my car in to have it checked. During the inspection, the team discovered that the shop who previously changed my brakes had left old brake pads lodged between the gas tank and the frame. I want to be very clear — Audi Northlake did NOT cause this issue. Even though the mistake wasn’t theirs, they took ownership of the situation and were upfront, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining what happened and how it affected the car. Robert was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process — knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely cared about making things right. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Because I service my car there regularly, they acknowledged that they felt bad the issue wasn’t caught during a prior visit and they went above and beyond by giving me a very generous discount on replacing the brakes and calipers. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. This experience reinforced why I continue to trust Audi Northlake with my vehicle. I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Nick and Adam were an absolute pleasure to work. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Emailed them the next day to advise that I wanted it with the condition that a few items be fixed. Not only did Nick fix my concern items, he also took care of a few items I was not aware of. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Came in for my bi annual detail, new tires and a concern on my presense. Cheyenne was my service advisor. The loaner was already waiting for me when I pulled into the drive. They located the concern and immediately had it fixed. Tires were ordered quickly. Cheyenne was very knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing as well as making sure I got the right tires for my car. When I pulled into pick my car up, it was already waiting. It looked brand new again! I’ve been working with her since she started and she’s a true delight to work with. Quick on communication and making sure everything is taken care of. I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.
