My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. This particular vehicle is one of the best reliable cars ever built. The engine is still as strong as it was in 2007 here it is 2025 the exterior is still very shiny underneath still looks beautiful interior showing some wear but overall looks good. I love it it’s a great suv!

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

My appointment on today was once again a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Although a few technical issues existed with the computer systems on today, we must keep in mind the fact that sometimes technology will have its hiccups, and as customers that is beyond our control, but for Chris Marrero, despite the inconveniences such hiccups may have caused, he continued to push through with a smile on his face as he assisted me by continuing to provide great customer service. In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service. I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

I'm using this car more than one year as a family car. I was surprised there are no issues despite high mileage. Quattro makes it easy to drive especially during snowy and rainy days.
