My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

From the first phone call to the end of the sale, we experienced outstanding service! George, our salesman, answered every question, guided us along the process, and stayed on top of each step so we were able to experience a seamless sale! We traveled over an hour to get to this dealership and it was worth the drive! The relaxed atmosphere, the friendly staff, as well as the ease of the experience will have us going back for our future new vehicle purchases for years to come.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

Great comfort and every conceivable feature. Responsive steering and breaking and plenty of power. Doesn’t hurt that it a beautiful car in perfect condition. Bought it at the right time from the right place.

I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.
