It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I been a customer from Audi Englewood since 2014. Every car I lease every service is top notch with Audi Englewood the only complaint I have is they should make this dealership location should be bigger. Also to paid more attention when they service the Carwash they should dry the car better in and out. But the I am very satisfied with the service.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly. This car has wonderful looks and explosive acceleration. The Bronze Package adds those hot bronze wheels. I love the extra room in the hatch that comes in handy during those Lowe's runs...... what's not to like about this car!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I don’t know much about cars, so picking the right one was crucial for me. The salesperson was patient and explained clearly why one model would suit my needs better than another. I ended up with a compact crossover. It’s easy to park, fuel-efficient, and I haven’t regretted it once.

The car is fun to drive, and it goes further on a charge than indicated on the sticker. We go about 160 miles on a 80% charge with 60 miles left in the battery.

Went from a 2018 S5 to the 2018 RS5 because I loved the styling and wanted the additional power. The interior of these cars is absolutely fantastic. The MMI system is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Android Auto works very well, and I'm actually really happy that there is no touch screen interface to have to deal with. Seats are very comfortable and controls are easy to find and intuitive. Power is plentiful and immediately available. This car is a ton of fun to drive around. I have seen complaints about the exhaust note; I can understand where that comes from. Even in the most aggressive setting, the sound the car makes is pretty subdued compared to some other cars in this range. It's perfect for me, but some people may want a bit more. In comfort mode the ride can be a bit bouncey where dynamic mode is very rigid and perhaps best kept to track day usage. Comfort mode is just fine for me, but I do think the ride in my S5 was a bit better for day-to-day use. Minor tradeoff, but perhaps worth mentioning. All in all I am extremely happy with this car. It's fun, gorgeous, comfortable, and packed with a ton of tech that works very well.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I owned several Audi's from S8 S4 A4000 5000T and RS-5, did owned also C63amg, BMW 535I, Mustang 5.0 etc. Bought it 5 years old with 60k miles. Since than i have it for 4 years. Regular maintenance, nothing else. Just let you know, this engine is a GEM. 4.2 NA 8300RPM redline its a rocket. Not fastest car but xxxx of the fun to drive. I deleted resonater did Stage 2 tune and car wake up like crazy. You dont need to do a tune, but it will make a difference on 0 to 60. Which my best time was 3.763 secs. LOVE THIS CAR. This forgotten model 2013-2015 will be instant classic, when time come.
