Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

The car is fun to drive, and it goes further on a charge than indicated on the sticker. We go about 160 miles on a 80% charge with 60 miles left in the battery.

This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.
