The service and quality of work that all the employees from Audi south orlando gives is outstanding, they greet you when you pull up and ask how they can assist. I had an oil change on 12-11-25 @0730 i arrived on time and they waisted no time my car was done and washed in 30 minutes. I have not had quality service like this, the manager over the service department pushes his guys to a standard that all dealerships and small businesses need to emphasize dont keep people waiting all day for something small and keep them updated. This is one reason I have purchased 3 audi's from this dealership and they will always keep me as a customer and I will surely get them more customers. I drove from far to see a Tesla that was sold before I got there. I was frustrated at first but Ms. Felicia the customer relations manager stepped in and genuinely was apologetic I wanted to make things right I appreciate her sincerity and she sent me over to the Orlando location where I bought my new Tesla with Eddie. We’ve been Audi S8(2) RS6, A8L owners over the years. The 2020 S8 is by far the ultimate on performance and technology. The workmanship is without a doubt come a long way from our other Audi’s. The paint work, Interior, Carbon Fiber is far superior to our Italian and other German friends at VW. I went to Autonation Ford Sanford for an oil change and tire rotation. My truck was taken right in and my car was ready very quickly. Great staff and a spotless dealership. I have been in many times for vehicle purchase and service. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Overall good experience, no pressure and very accommodating. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely buy from this dealership in the future again.

The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

Angelo was a great asset with my recent car repair issues. He kept me informed periodically and helped get my car back in as short a time as possible. The mechanics did an excellent job and the caar runs great. Finally they washed and shined my car and it looks great. 5 stars to Angelo.

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.
