I purchased my last four cars from Infinity. I purchased a new QX60 last year and I have asked twice to have someone come to my home and teach me all the functions of the car. Like programming your garage opener, etc. Twice they said they would get back to me and twice I've heard nothing.

Replacing my A4, 8.5 years ago, I love the increase of power. Although somewhat stiff, I leave the chassis setting in Dynamic unless the Michigan roads become unbearable in the Spring. And, switching to winter tires when the snow hits allows spirited driving even during the winter. Best car I've owned.

Bought used and owned for over a year now and this car is amazing! smooth ride, great fuel economy, luxurious and very well crafted. I have been in an accident with this car and it held up very well and is a super sporty yet safe and practical car. 10/10 would recommend!!

This thing is a rocket ship, super comfortable and incredibly fast. I highly recommend it. The 2.5 5 Cylinder is such a unique sound, better than any V6 on the market.

After looking at two other makes, we went back to Audi Bellevue to drive the vehicle again and were given another test drive by Spencer Kinghorn, Jereck's associate..We decided to buy the Audi. Complications arose when the vehicle in the color we wanted was at another dealership. Audi Bellevue attempted to trade for the vehicle but were told it was not available. Several days later, Jereck contacted us and said that the vehicle was indeed available at their dealership. Both Jereck and Spencer were very professional and accommodative to our needs during the entire process. A job well done! They made the process very easy and enjoyable.

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!
