Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. Dealt with Ryan in Sales and Jeana in financing. Two of the best people I've ever worked with. Ryan went well above and beyond trying to make my experience pleasurable. He is the hardest, most sincere salesperson I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I wish all sales people had his character and work ethic! Jeana was an absolute sweetheart in financial. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just the basics to keep me covered. You can tell she loves just helping people get only what they need. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Helped my wife and I trade in two cars for 1 truck, they had the best price, they were very friendly, they genuinely wanted to get to know us, and were easy to converse with. They were honest and upfront about pricing, and the vehicle was in great shape! We were in and out in less than 3 hours, very fast with all the paperwork! The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

We have an MDX, bought at another dealership out of state. Brookfield Acura has always treated us great. Very little has gone wrong with our MDX, great product! We did have an extended service warranty. Gary flagged us with a possible problem, watched it for several months then recommended fixing the problem before it got severe and the warranty ran out. Best service and recommend them highly!!

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

This is a great car. Purchased new, and still performs as new. It is a smooth pavement pounder and you will or may find you'll exceed posted limits without realizing or "feeling" the speed. Boost lets you pass with confidence. Now, concerning service; owning an AUDI requires regular maintenance and replacement of components that fail with use. This can be expensive. Keep in mind these vehicles are performance oriented. Our S6 was outfitted with all features and none have failed us as yet. The expense of upkeep is a warning to those considering purchasing a used vehicle, do your due diligence. A poorly serviced vehicle will lead to a problematic experience. Often demoted by steep depreciation.

Carson is the most genuine salespeople I have ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. I could not have asked for a better experience at this dealership and Carson was the biggest part of it being such a great experience. After being in a car accident where my beloved car got totaled, I was not super thrilled to be car shopping in the first place and especially wasn’t looking forward to the typical pushy salesperson and feeling pressured into a big purchase. He test drove the car I was interested in prior to me arriving so he could familiarize himself with the vehicle, inside and out to make sure he was able to answer any questions I may have. He is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day and made sure to help me explore other options I was interested in to make sure I made an informed decision that I felt good about. His genuine nature and dedication completely changed my outlook what car shopping can be and I absolutely LOVE my new car. I will recommend this dealership and Carson in particular to anyone who is in the market for a car. Phil also was amazing and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with all the finances.
