My first Audi and won't be my last. Smooth, comfortable quick. Have a great color combination,, quantum gray with red interior. Love it. I upgraded the software for an extra 80 horse. WOW!!

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

I worked with Aaron Barfield to buy a 2020 Challenger and the process was awesome. We did a majority of the operations via text, and his response times were amazing. He made everything very easy, comfortable and built a very quick and solid reputation with me. I knew I was going to buy from him despite talking to the competitors. Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

A nice experience at Hyundai of New Port Richey (used car side). My wife and I were treated very well. Our Salesman was Brad Davis. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him. Brad is a veteran too.

Quattro holds the corners like no other car I have driven hard! 2.0T tuned to 300hp with a manual transmission is just fun. No deed to get the S model. But may want the avant wagon A4 for the family or even A6.

This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

We worked with Eli and he was great! He was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were interested in. He advised us of all the features and warranties available for our purchase. He wasn't pushy at all and guided us to making another vehicle purchase. Even though we live farther away, we would definitely return to LoKey Nissan whenever we decide to buy again.

E, was my service representative for a coolant leak that was covered by an extended warranty. Not only did he have to track down the extended warranty company (which had been sold for the 3rd time, he got the parts covered and had the car back to me within 2 days. He is amazing!!

It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. It was the probably the best customer experience I have ever had. Don was both friendly and helpful. He made the whole experience enjoyable, which is hard to do as taking your car in for a small repair in its self is not an enjoyable thing to do.
