My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

My Audi coordinator Susan was excellent! She communicated the entire process with me so I was fully aware of all charges. She made me feel valued as a customer. I will only take my car to Audi Ft Washington to be serviced from now on.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I'm 67 years Old and have bought alot of cars in my Life. This was , by far, The BEST experience I ever had. Simon and everybody at Autobay were Fantastic to deal with. No hidden fees or Add ons the total price is exactly as quoted on website. Simon told me as I was leaving if there was any Problems or Issues with the car just call him. A small problem came up with the Brakes and before I could even explain the issue he told me to bring it in. I brought it in he asked for the keys put it right up on the lift and within 30 minutes the issue was resolved. And again as I was leaving he told me If any other issue to call him right away and he would make it right. I have NEVER received that kind of service before.. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I have been servicing my 2 cars, Mitsubishi Outlander and Jeep Cherooke (bought new in other dealers) at J&S Mitsubishi for the past 6 years. They would fix whatever need to be fixed and never charge more than it should be, I had never any issue with services/parts fees nor their performance. They are the most trustable garage I have ever used. I trusted them more than the jeep garage for my Cherokee. Thank you Mike the service manager and all crews. You guys rock! This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I have owned my 2012 A6 Premium 3.0 since new and it is the most wonderful vehicle I have owned or leased. No major failures ever, incredibly fun to drive, reflects the quality built into this car. Always parked outside and the paint and finish are still amazing.

This thing is stuck on stupid ,gorgeous, in cognito, and such a blast to drive. I scared my father and didn't even have it in stupid mode ! Feel privileged to have this vehicle as a blue collar guy . I'll be buried with it !

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.
