Owned car for 8 years and 230,000+ miles (and 6-7 sets of tires ...). Still going strong, no issues, just regular maintenance items. Loved this car so much that I upgraded to the New Audi Q7 model (2017).

I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. She was able to get a replacement and at a very good price as well. Taylor is my go-to person whenever I need any servicing at Wilde!!

Went from a 2018 S5 to the 2018 RS5 because I loved the styling and wanted the additional power. The interior of these cars is absolutely fantastic. The MMI system is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Android Auto works very well, and I'm actually really happy that there is no touch screen interface to have to deal with. Seats are very comfortable and controls are easy to find and intuitive. Power is plentiful and immediately available. This car is a ton of fun to drive around. I have seen complaints about the exhaust note; I can understand where that comes from. Even in the most aggressive setting, the sound the car makes is pretty subdued compared to some other cars in this range. It's perfect for me, but some people may want a bit more. In comfort mode the ride can be a bit bouncey where dynamic mode is very rigid and perhaps best kept to track day usage. Comfort mode is just fine for me, but I do think the ride in my S5 was a bit better for day-to-day use. Minor tradeoff, but perhaps worth mentioning. All in all I am extremely happy with this car. It's fun, gorgeous, comfortable, and packed with a ton of tech that works very well.

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. Had a wonderful experience. Bri was such a great help. I could tell she was busy but still made time for me. As a first time buyer, she was very understanding and willing to explain things to me. So happy with my new car!

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Can't say enough about the outstanding service from Zach, shuttle drivers Mark and Greg, and driver Dave/ Thanks so much!!!

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Service was excellent and they treated us extremely well. From greeting us to the test drive to working out the paperwork and beyond. I have been to a few dealers in Chicago and Milwaukee recently, but this was the best by far. Never thought there could be that much difference in a car dealer, but here we are. Audi Northshore is topnotch.

First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

My sales associate, Armonie, was easy to work with and let me go through MY process of buying a car. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to get me to go a certain way. Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

This car is the perfect vehicle for me. The fit and finish of the exterior and interior is perfect. The technology is amazing and makes it a joy to drive.

I insisted on an SUV. Nope...left with the Kia K5 EX. So not an SUV, but I love it. Michael was very patient with me and even drove to Appleton to get the exact color I wanted and delivered it to my house. He stayed until all questions were answered and showed me everything on the vehicle - and there is a ton of stuff. It's beautiful. Finance was a breeze too.

This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

I needed a new drivers side visor and Ziegler got it done quickly. I was treated very professionally.
