I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

Easy, No Haggle Pricing. Fair Blue book value. Free transfer on the car I wanted from out of state. Sales rep was extremely friendly. No gimmicks.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

No we didnt get what we wanted, but we were given goals and timelines to meet those goals, because' they work for you" and are trying to build a relationship not a bankroll. We love this dealership. They have our best interest first and foremost. you just have to go in with an open mind not a strong opinion. Especially if your credit is not so Kosher. There is always a solution never a problem.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

LUXURY!!!! The first line Audi switched from the stand alone mmi screen to integrated dash. upgraded engine. can't beat this smaller SUV for a luxury vehicle

This is my 3rd Q5, my first "E" love it but living in Phoenix, having such a big area to drive not happy with 35 mile range they need to up the range.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.

Very good workforce at this location. Sales and financing was top notch service oriented. The overall process was smooth and did not require a whole day to complete. Looking forward to buying more cars from them in the future.

I really like this car. The only surprise is that it does not have a CD player. It is taking some time to learn all the features of this vehicle, but I learn something new everyday.

The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.
