Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

You know how you get OCD when you're looking for a car? Scouring the internet, checking all the sites, asking around. Well I was at the end of my rope and I saw a car for sale at Car Spot that was priced very well. After months of searching I can say it was price competitively enough to draw me out and take a look. Expecting something that was less than for the price, I can tell you the car was better than expected. The service was just right as well. When someone looks you in the eye and gives you a firm handshake and then backs it up with outstanding service... well I bought he car. Post sale the car has been great, couldn't be happier. My mothers car motor blew and she needed to purchase a car within the week. Dad died over the summer so this is the first major purchase she has had to do without him since the 60's, so of course I helped her. We visited EVERY car lot from Melbourne to Palm Bay, test driving an endless number of cars, brand new and used to see what was out there. The Coastal Lot was the first we went to, then last lot we visited. There was such a warm atmosphere at Coastal, no pushy salesman trying to steer my mom away from what SHE wanted to look at. Manny even came in on his day off, without telling us it was his day off, I know he did not want mom to feel pressured. Manny was willing to go above and beyond for my mother without bragging that he came in on his day off, we found out from someone else he was off that day. Spike (Sales mgr.), Candy (paperwork) and EVERY other person we encountered were fantastic! WE have already been telling everyone we see what GREAT people are at Coastal Hyundai!!!

The best experience I?ve had buying a vehicle. No pressure or stress. Our sales person was knowledgeable, communicative and facilitated all the details from start to finish.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!
