We found a car we liked on the used car website Carfax, and at the time the vehicle was located at VW in Raynham. We scheduled an appointment and came to take a look. We were very satisfied with the car. Since we planned to do a trade-in, we had to wait some time to receive the title for our own vehicle. In addition, with Christmas approaching and our travel plans, the process was delayed a bit. Hilton, who assisted us, was very responsible and extremely nice. There were a few minor issues during the vehicle pickup, but everything was resolved smoothly. They responded very quickly to our questions and handled all issues efficiently. We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Service advisor Carlos, was very informative & helpful for my first maintenance service. Explain the service & added suggestions for the vehicle. Explained any additional costs that I added on and the time for the overall service was what I was given as an estimate.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Recently bought truck here. One key fob did not function. Service department promptly diagnosed problem. Gave me new fob, plus showed where old one was broken. Staff was very professional, polite. Great experience.

In fact, the Pilot we were interested were not available, Dan was helpful to find the car that we want from the other location and made it shipped to Hanover for us. I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.
