I am 73 yrs old and have purchased many cars in my life, but this was far and above the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Jack Wier was my Product Specialist/Salesperson and he is the BEST !!! He made this a seamless transaction all the way through the process. He provided answers to every question I had, was quick to reply to my calls, emails, and messages, and made sure everything was right with my vehicle before the final purchase. There was absolutely zilch pressure in the entire process, everything was at my discretion. Jack helped me get the very best deal on my pre-owned vehicle, and also helped me get the best price for my trade in. I also recd a 3 month/3000 mi warranty on my pre-owned vehicle which is standard policy with Germaine. After purchase, I got in my new(er) car and low & behold, the gas tank had been filled up ! That is class with a capital "C" ! I HIGHLY recommend Jack and Germaine Lexus of Easton to anyone looking for a pre-owned (or new) vehicle if you want to be treated with respect and get the best possible deal. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Our salesman,Christiano was very courteous and professional. We were looking at 2 different cars and were able to test drive both of them, really couldn’t decide which one we really liked. Christiano had to get the general manager to come talk to us as per their business model. Chris the GM sat down at the table and basically threw himself at us, telling us me to go ahead and write the check to buy my wife the car. That created really bad vibes for me so pretty much ended the whole process.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Heidi and Natalie did an awesome job getting us into what we needed and stayed in our price range. Didn’t pressure us to get something we couldn’t afford! Definitely will return to here.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

We are usually apprehensive about dealing with the used car sector. However, I stumbled onto The Motor Collection by accident doing a late night search for a pre owned truck. My wife and I took the trip to this car dealership after making an appointment. We met with Mark upon arrival, who was very friendly. He had the truck waiting for us to look at inside his shop. I asked if I could check the truck out. Mark stated "That's why you are here" I was allowed to change my clothes, he even gave me a creaper so I could roll under and check the frame and whatever else I wanted. My wife also checked out the interior. We really liked the truck so we took a short ride. When we returned we informed Mark there were a couple of issues that needed attention. This was supposed to be an "as is vehicle" however Mark did step up and made the necessary repairs without hesitation. We returned a few days later to pick up the truck and everything was done as promised. To make a long story short we are thrilled with The Motor Collection, Mark, and the truck. We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Great dealer! I ended up finding a car elsewhere that I liked better but the entire experience with this dealer was great. I will definitely check them out next time I'm shopping for a car.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.
