This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

I've been meaning to write a review of a purchase from last December but life took over! I purchased a 2015 Lexus with 24K miles. I had been looking for a low mileage Lexus as my vehicle was on its way out. Soon as I saw the ad on a Saturday morning, I sent an inquiry online and received a call back from Firas within 15 minutes. The vehicle was not quite ready to test drive as a part was needed but I was kept up to date from Firas as to the status. I was able to put down a $1k deposit and be approved for financing on line. I have a 10-year old with lots of energy so was nice to be able to complete documents at home. I'm an hour away from Monterey, so when the vehicle was ready, my sis drove us to the dealership, test drove and completed paper work in about two hours. I was then off and away with my super low mileage Lexus RX 350. Easy and quick process! Highly recommend Audi Monterey. My hubby and daughter love the vehicle...I just need to watch my speeding. My kiddo enjoyed the hot chocolate as well. :) Hope this helps anyone looking for a used vehicle. I'm sure they have a great process for new purchases as well!

Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Where do I begin?! This being my first time every purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet ��). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! ���� Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I contacted them about a minivan in stock and set an appointment to visit. Marcel was able to set up a test drive and inspection. I noted 4 things to correct before going forward. He is currently working on fixes. I have put a deposit on the van to hold it and show my intention to purchase.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

If had any questions, they were only too happy to help out. My salesperson, Alfredo, was such a nice guy, always willing to take of me and my wife. What a great experience! This is how it should be in all car dealerships! I will easily recommend this dealership that offers such a variety of vehicles, trim levels, etc., as well as excellent customer service. They really take care of their customers. They want to make sure the customer will want to come back, and I will!

I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.
