Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I arrived at Audi Devon to have a rear tail light and bulb replaced. When I arrived my schedule was checked and accepted with no problem. On the way to the waiting area I saw Johnnie who is one of the managers. He told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed how professional/respectful/considerate the managers were with each customer which allowed me to enjoy the coffee I had made while waiting. The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!
