I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Super people: Service Supervisor, Austin Ryan made somewhat overdue maintenance and repairs an absolute breeze and great experience. Sprinter Specialist, Justin got my Sprinter 2500 Diesel Crew Van (purchased new in 2012) handling at its absolute like new best. Seriously my 2012 feels like a brand new vehicle. And if you want your vehicle(s) running right as rain then this organization is it. I am so happy I can bring my cherished high-top to receive absolutely thorough diagnostics. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo.
