It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. We had an excellent experience at Meadowlands Audi purchasing a car. Brian, our salesman, was wonderful. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly. If you are in the market for an Audi, Meadowlands Audi is the place to go and Brain is your guy.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.
