Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Good dealership. I bought my car there. Nice people and helpful when you have questions about the car you want to buy. Have lots of Audis.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I've been to many dealerships in many states over the years, and never in my life have I had an experience buying a car that I could actually call pleasant. You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. Besides the fact that every other dealership in town is charging OVER msrp, yet they were able to work with me for an incredibly fair price. Rob in sales was incredible, knowledgeable, patient and kind, and it shows that he really cares about the customers and wants them to be in something that they love. I was not an easy customer, being all over the place unsure what I wanted, yet Rob patiently worked with me and got me into something beyond my wildest dreams. I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

The buying and finance went very smooth. The service advisors, I used Robert, were very knowledgeable. The service supervisor, John P, always helps me with my technical questions.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Overall customer service was great. They were professional and courteous. The finance department worked with me and was able to find me a creditor within an hour. Denise was friendly and helpful and also professional. I’m happy with the service I got.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

Haven't had such a smooth experience with a car dealership in a long time! We're over an hour away on Long Island and was concerned about getting a deal done out of state, but everything went smooth. Joe S. was our salesman and we also worked with Elena from the internet department, Ashish in finance and Tony who showed us the car before we left. Everything was worked out in advance, Joe came up with numbers, submitted the credit app via email and when everything was said and done, we scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and turn in our current Q7, which we leased from a local dealer. Arrived on Saturday and the process was super quick. We were in and out. We were in the market for a GMC earlier this year and this Audi and had contact with many dealerships. Other than one GMC dealer on Long Island (who unfortunate didn't have a vehicle that matched our options list) and this great experience with DCH, every dealer was a nightmare to work with. So glad that DCH had a vehicle in stock that matched what we wanted and that we were able to work with Joe. Despite the drive, everything was great and we'd definitely be willing to work with them again when this lease comes due.

The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.
