Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!

Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

Been dealing with this dealership since 2002 when I bought a new Jeep Liberty and now many Jeeps and 22 years later I still go back and get the great customer service and friendly atmosphere since day one. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. I got my 2016 S5 with 65k. I graduated from a 328xi and oh my what a pleasure. After 20,000 km and 4 oil changes she continues to perform. Dropping from 19" to 18" wheels and the Quattro drive made winter driving more than manageable. I have the flat bottom wheel..wish it was heated. Starts without issue in -35 celcius. The cockpit is just perfect with really comfortable seating. 7 speed double clutch makes moving through the gears really sweet. Breaking is just right for me. Very important to me is to have the MMI embedded in the dash. I hate those big sceens consuming the focus of the interior. Overall I am really satisfied.. Use 94 octane fuel for best performance. So much fun...

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.
