Our experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was from beginning to end a great success. Our salesman, Hykeem, was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car. The sales manager was congenial and not high pressure and we felt very fair in agreeing to a deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions… and not having bought a car in 14 years our questions were many! I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

CLS 53.....when you hit bumps, the car shudders. Noisy. The Pirelli run-flats are like hitting a deep pot hole when you hit bumps. Gorgeous car, but front end is really too low. Would rather have an S Class, but too big for wife.

I had an oil change, the wipers replaced, and the tires replaced with the necessary balancing of the tires. I have been having my vehicles serviced here for 20 years.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

Great experience in buying a F150 XLT Mall of Georgia Ford recently. The salesman Rick Joiner did a great job in helping me to find the right truck for me. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

This vehicle is the ultimate combination of safety, luxury, style, and functionality. Every feature is clearly well thought out and engineered to be highly functional and comfortable with the only exception being the rear door locks. If you have a child who may have been blessed with an extra dash of spice, as my child once was, this feature could be a nightmare. On the rear doors there is a lock button feature which prohibits the rear doors from being opened from outside of the vehicle. Imagine going to the dentist with a defiant 5 year old who has figured out what that button does. That single odd feature aside, this car is a dream to drive. I traveled 7 hours through 4 states from the dealership to my home as this was the only dealership that has my dream car available and purchasing sight unseen was not appealing to me. Any long distance trip in the past has required stopping to stretch and walk to ease back pain every 90 to 120 minutes at the maximum and would still result in extreme back pain the next day. Not in this car. Seven hours. Two quick stops of five minutes or less to use restroom facilities and I was back on the road. I didn’t hurt. That was the best drive of my life. The seats are so perfectly ergonomically engineered that you are completely supported and comfortable. The dash features are equally impressive and the massive amount of technology at your fingertips is astonishingly user friendly. The car is also equipped with sun shades on both rear passenger windows as well as the rear view window. The rear view window is push button controlled from the driver console and the three screens used together provide an optimal shaded environment for tech use and children. The vehicle is perfect for my family of three as well as my commuter vehicle and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Volvo family. I’ll never own anything but in the future.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I went online and found a car I liked. I contacted United BMW bought me a plane ticket from Arkansas was given great customer service found a nice Range Rover.
