This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Just bought used. Interior and exterior awesome. Engine strong. Nice ride, quiet inside. One common issue, water leak driver side door. Which will be fixed.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

I received outstanding service from Parks. Ford. An issue came up with a tire rotation that was handled professionally, that I didn't even know was a problem.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

All I can say is that was the most authentic and gratifying experience I have ever had purchasing a new automobile. Both Raphiel in Sales, and Greg, the Sales Manager should be teaching a MasterClass in customer service. I drove 3.5 hours to pick it up, smooth delivery, but when I got back home, I noticed a few things that were concerning. After discussing this with Greg, the sale manager, rather than just sending me the the local dealer to address, Greg sent a driver with a loaner to pick up my car, (yes 3+ hours away) dropped off a loaner and vice versa when competed. Greg simply said, sir, it's the right thing to do, your car needed to be right before leaving here. Who does that? Well, it appears Field Auto Group does, and now that I've met them, believe in them, and trust them, based on their portfolio of all my favorate brands, I can't ever see myself purchasing a vehicle from anyone but them, ever again. We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

I’m a 20+ year certified auto tech. I have experience with vehicles as early as the teens and as new as 2026 from all over the world. I hardly EVER have anyone work on my vehicles due to my concern it will not be done to the manufacturer standards or to mine. When I do get my Mercedes serviced or worked on by someone else, it is this dealership and only this one. I’m the second owner of my car and I’m over 200k miles with NO major repairs. This dealership has taken care of this vehicle since the original owner bought it new. Their techs are very knowledgeable and very experienced, service advisors are genuine, honest, they listen and put up with all my little concerns, (don’t wash it, don’t scratch my wheels, etc), the parts department has helped me out on several occasions. The sales department makes sure I get my hot coffee and they always take the time to show me the new models, knowing I won’t buy one. This dealership has done nothing but given me the upmost respect more than anyone I’ve ever met in the Industry. From the time I drop my keys off to the time I pick them up I’m worry free and I know I’m in good hands. If I didn’t own my own shop, this is where my tool box would be.
